Guests say

Guests appreciated the hotel's strategic location and some found the rooms clean and comfortable, with friendly staff mentioned in a few reviews. However, many guests expressed dissatisfaction with the service, citing rude or unhelpful staff and delayed check-in. Cleanliness was a recurring issue, with reports of dusty rooms, cockroaches, and dirty bathrooms. Several guests found the rooms small and suffocating, and the bathroom design was criticized, especially for families with children. Overall, while the location and occasional good service were positives, significant concerns about cleanliness, service, and room quality were frequently mentioned.
