Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's strategic location and found it convenient for food and shopping, with several mentioning good value for the price. However, many reviews highlighted serious issues with cleanliness, especially pest problems and dirty bathrooms, as well as frequent water supply disruptions. Service quality varied, with some positive staff interactions but also complaints about unhelpful or inattentive staff. Overall, the location and affordability are the main positives, but significant improvements are needed in cleanliness and facilities.
