We arrived late in the evening, but check in was without any problems. This is a beautiful place, and good apartment. Thank you very much!!!
The surrounding landscape is quite nice.
Be careful...they charge an extra 30 Euros for "cleaning", not visible when booking. Even for 1 night. Seems like a fraud really. Customer service doesn't exist, room was very cold (no heating on), supersoft mattress, not well cleaned (lots of dead insects), breakfast not worth the money at all (no options, no coffee refill, no water or juice). They clearly weren't prepared (or just didn't care) at all for my stay. Make sure you actively ask for the wifi password, otherwise they won't give it to you. The room was newly refurbished, but with the lack of service it wasn't worth the money.
we liked the walks to the mountins around and the lakes, and the place is a good base with a decent restaurant and friendly service.
Really liked the farm and location.
Beautiful tirolean house with good restaurant. The lake is right beside the house, it's wonderful to swim in it during summer. Very nice wooden decor in the room, though the bed was terribly uncomfortable. There is a nice restaurant with ice cream, from ingredients from the farm. Be prepared to speak German, otherwise you'll have problems...
We arrived late in the evening. The owners, who didn't speak a word in English, seemed confused about our reservation (for 2 nights), but finally we received a room. The next day I went back to our room in the afternoon and realised that my key did not open the door. To my surprise, another family wanted to enter our room at the same time and their key opened the door... I showed them our stuff and we went to the reception. The owner - with the help of an English-speaking guest - asked if we stayed 1 or 2 nights (???) and then gave me another key to continue to use our room. What are the chances we wanted to enter the room at the same time? She asked me to fill in the check-in papers only when we left. In other words, they had no idea who we were when we arrived, felt sorry for us seeing that we have a small child and would have been okay with us leaving without paying... It's a pity because the place is pretty nice.
The family guesthouse Haflingerhof (farm and riding farm). Kramsach is a large Tyrolean vacation county in the Tyrolean Lower-land with swimming lake. The railway station Brixlegg is approx. 8 km, the public indoor pool and heated outdoor pool at the Stadlerhof is 1 km and shopping possibilities 100 m away. The hotel facilities includes non-smoking dining/meeting room, day room, bar, ice café, terrace, large playground, petting zoo and parking. The rooms are equipped with shower or bath/WC, hairdryer, sat-TV and telephone.
