Peaceful place which I do recommend to those who want to relax and forget about noisy Ao Nang. Territory is something amazing, you are like in a big garden full of trees and flowers. Very friendly and helpful stuff, nice breakfast, big and clean rooms. Absolutely do recommend this hotel!
Really cosy and green resort in the middle of jungle garden. Fantastic and very rich breakfast so you can try diffent things every day. Great and comfy accommodation for very reasonable price.
Chalet equipment is a bit older (but clean). Fridge stopped colling after 2 days. Area full of stairs - we were put into the highest point chalet at first but asked for change. I cannot imagine to get there and back several times a day. Beware if you are older or disabled.
The location is very convenient, walking distance to two beaches and night markets. The gardens are nice and lush. The room had nice touches, like beach mats and umbrellas and moisturizer. The hotel has a sustainable, eco-friendly approach.
We ate at the restaurant one evening and found the food disappointing. The bed was quite firm and the pillows were too soft. If you close the toilet door, it opens the shower door and vice versa which was a bit weird. The hotel was nice, but a bit dated for 4 stars.
A piece of nature and quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Ao Nang. Great staff, lovely pool and free bikes to use to get around. And on top it is an accredited eco-label. The huge verandah like room balconies are ideal for a siesta.
If the hotel can get a couple of small points right it would be perfect. But that’s nitpicking. The pool bar closed too early: 16:30 is the time guests come back from an outing or the beach and want to relax at the pool. On an eco-level: please change the shower head to a water saving one. The current shower heads are outdated and don’t offer the greatest shower experience. One last thing: communicate about the great experiences and activities you offer. I wasn’t aware of them until check out and would’ve gladly participated.
