Excellent location by Krabi beach, staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was good.
Very dated. I think the advertising photos must be a decade old at least. For the price I paid I expected much better. Pool area was small and pool very shallow. Laundry service was cheap but was supposed to be delivered by 2pm following day. I asked about it at 9 pm when it still hadn’t arrived and it was brought up 10 mins later. It was also not possible to charge anything to my room despite them taking my cc details at check in. One of the days the cleaner didn’t arrive at the room till I got there after my tour at 4pm. I was wanting a shower so told her not to bother. Not sure why this wasn’t done in the morning.

In the centre but very calm and serene when you are in the resort. People are very nice and everything looked new. We would definitely book there again.

Location.
Swimming pool area is not big enough for size of complex and staff allow towels to be left on sun loungers all day.
