Pros (+) We stayed in a 1br King condo that was near the road (cheaper) but had an amazing view of the walkthrough gardens. 5 min walk to the beach, they provided towels/chairs and our unit had a couple of body/boogie boards to use. We made A LOT of use of the provided equipment as well as the complementary access to the Poipu Beach Club which has a pool, hot tub, bar/grill, fitness equipment and such. Eas...
Cons (-) No air conditioning but the condo was well “vented” for natural airflow. Constant construction happening in the area and started at 7a EVERY weekday. Traffic through Kapa’a (which has NOTHING to do with the resort, you’ll need to KNOW about the horrible traffic if you’re traveling to the North Shore - Princeville/Hanalei area).
