The higher end bungalows are nice. The cheaper bungalows are not nice.

This place is really, really bad customer service. Firstly, there is never anyone who speaks english (like not even basic english) available on the property. This makes it incredibly difficult to deal with even the most simple of requests. They teied to jack the price of my booking upon arrival! This was unbelievabke to me. They teied to tell me they had no rooms available to honour my booking. It made no sense! They didnt want to honour the booking.com price and lied to me, but I demandef they honour my reservation. Which they did as the place was completly empty. Yikes. Talk about customer service I felt like I was being scammed everytime they talked to me. Beach is sub par in comparison to otger peoperties nearby. Restaurant is very poor in comparison to nearby hotels. Everything I communicated clearly was not adhered too, such as asking for my room to not be cleaned but entered into anyways. In wanting to change my date of departure I got a big hassle and run around about not being able to make any changes, lies about booking.com being closed (not true), just general hassles all around. The place was a fair price $ for what it is. But with customer service being unbelievably so poor, I would not recommend this place. Maybe you will not run into same issues I had, and if your looking to save $ from the more expensive options nearby, then may work. But if you have the $ to spend, choose something else, you will get a better experience with restaurant, beach and customer service.

Staffs are lovely. And helpfully

Unfortunately the shower in my room wasn’t ready to use. Asking the engineer to fix many times and also the water run very badly. The rest of Resort were good and worth for money. Staff are lovely and try to help.
