Check in was 3 PM. I arrived at 2:15 PM. Room was ready, but I was told there would be a $25 charge to access the room at 2:15 PM. Nothing else was said. I came back at 10 PM to get my keys. Nothing said. At about midnight, I called the front desk to ask where was the nearest ice machine to my room. I was then told there was NO ICE AT THE HOTEL...that there hadn't been for a while and they "hoped"...

Pros (+) Great location and value for our Disney trip.
Cons (-) Our sink wouldn't drain. I asked them to fix but that only lasted one day. Finally, husband fixed it when we realized the drain stopper was just getting stuck. Also, get to breakfast early, otherwise you'll have to wait for a table to just get inside the breakfast area.

Pros (+) A very good hotel in an excelente location. Rooms are net and price is of great value. Breakfast is very good for starting vacation days. Attention from staff is excellent, they solve any problem.
