This massive 1,450-acre property is our flagship resort that’s made up of four villages: North Village, West Village, East Village and River Island. Combined, these areas feature seven pools, a lazy river-style pool, waterslides, four golf courses, three arcades, eight dining options, a mini golf course, Putt-Putt course, kids’ center and much more. Nearby, you’ll find the best of the best Orlando attractions, including Walt Disney World Resort, EPCOT, Animal Kingdom and more. You’ll also be close to Universal Studios Florida, Universal’s Islands of Adventure and Universal’s Volcano Bay waterpark. For even more exciting things to do in Orlando, check out SeaWorld Orlando and LEGOLAND. After an exciting day at these famous Orlando attractions, wind down in one of our spacious studios, or one-, two- or three-bedroom villas from 430 to 2,475 square feet. Villas include living rooms, kitchens/kitchenettes, washers and dryers, and laundry facilities are available on each floor for studios. Please note there is a resort fee that includes a variety of onsite amenities.

Pros (+) Jet Skiing activity was awesome!!! Loved our updated unit. Breezes restaurant was great! Pools great! I’ve been here on many occasions...always enjoy myself. This time it was my honeymoon and the staff acknowledged. Upon checkin, they gave us a bottle of champagne. Breezes have us mimosas for breakfast. Had a great time!
