Pros (+) This was situated near the Greater Oaks, PA Expo center, which was why I chose to stay here. The staff was very nice. It only took about 5 minutes to get a Lyft from the hotel. Outdoor pool would have been nice had it not been rainy during my stay.
Cons (-) The hallways smelled of stale smoke. The room smelled of light mold + stale smoke. Walls were paper thin - could hear people in the hallway with disturbing clarity.

Cons (-) the staff was rude, was assigned a room that was not even ready then had to go back downstairs to get a new room and the front desk line was very long and only one person working at desk. I booked a room online for nonsmoking room adnd they put me in a smoking room and my room had no microwave or refrigerator.

Pros (+) Location was awesome. Staff was very friendly and easy to work with
Cons (-) Seemed like a shady place. Someone in the hall we were in was smoking marijuana and no one seemed to care. The entire floor smelled of marijuana.
