Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently appreciate the hotel's convenient location near public transport, shops, and restaurants. Many reviewers mention friendly and helpful staff, with some highlighting the ability to leave luggage before check-in and positive experiences at the restaurant. However, cleanliness is a major concern for several guests, with reports of dirty rooms, bathrooms, and bedding. Room size is often described as small, and noise from neighbors or the surrounding area is a common complaint. Despite these issues, the value for price and basic amenities are generally considered satisfactory by most guests.
