Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, often noting its proximity to attractions and the peaceful natural setting. The service is highlighted as friendly and helpful, with staff frequently going out of their way to assist with tours and activities. However, cleanliness is a recurring issue, with several guests mentioning dirty rooms and bathrooms. Room sizes are generally adequate, though a few found them small for groups. Bathrooms, in particular, receive criticism for poor maintenance and low water pressure. Overall, the positives of location and service outweigh the negatives for most guests.
