Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praised the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, as well as the presence of pools and spacious rooms. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness, repetitive or low-quality food, and some maintenance issues in rooms and facilities. While some guests enjoyed the breakfast and amenities, others found them lacking or average. Overall, the positive service and pool areas stood out, but improvements are needed in food variety, cleanliness, and room upkeep.
