Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, beautiful lake views, and convenient access to the water and nearby attractions. Many enjoyed the breakfast and found the rooms clean, with some appreciating the historical charm. However, several guests were disappointed by poor service, noise issues, small or outdated rooms, and unexpected extra fees. Some also noted problems with room keys and amenities, but overall, the standout positives were the location and scenic views.

Poor
Anonymous, Sept 2018
Pros (+) The view
Cons (-) Bed was uncomfortable, poor water pressure, restaurants expensive for the quality of food, location poor as it is 15 minutes from downtown. Room was not very clean. It was rebuilt in the late 80's to early 90's but is very run down for the actual age. O would rate this hotel a 2 to 3 star
