Pros: There was free laundry facilities and one of the staff arranged for us to take all 4 bicycles and luggage up to the room with service elevator. So kind, breakfast was included and rooms large and had lovely spa.

Cons: Initially reception advised we had to carry bikes up 3 flights but staff observed us as we started and invited to use electric and arrange the salad on checkout
