Loud, very poor service during check in
Door stuck...had to kick it to get in room...shower head leaked when you turned on spigot. Very old looking and feeling.
If you're on a budget you get what you pay for.

The staff seemed like zombies. Furniture was beat up and old. Visible stains from God knows what on bedding and carpet. Housekeeping came knocking around 8am which seemed early and annoying for an extended stay. Thin walls, could here everything. Fire alarm was set off twice in one night which made for a sleepless night and was called a malfunction. I've paid more money at a shittier place and at least was able to sleep.

I loved the one lady, I think her name is Katy! She was so friendly and hospitable. She always worked hard and had a smile on her face.
The bathroom wasn't the cleanest...let's just leave it there.

Enjoyed my stay there, the staff was pretty nice. They handled any questions or problems we had.

No elevator to second floor. We arrived late at night with 2 children under two and a lot of luggage. Had to ask for different room on ground floor. Biscuits at breakfast were extremely hard. Did not have automatic door openers and difficult to get thru doors with a baby and luggage.
