Pros (+) The shuttle to Kauffman stadium
Cons (-) I read bad reviews but ignored them bc it was so cheap!! The water park IS NOT INCLUDED, and gross from the looks. The area in incredibly sketchy! Their lobby is deceiving, but when you get on any floor, The walls are peeling off everywhere, the carpet is disgusting, and there is a funky smell everywhere. Pros (+) Coco Key was awesome, kids had a great time.
Cons (-) Clorine level was horrible, take some eye drops with you because your eyes feel like they’re going to burn out of your sockets. The check in line was ridiculous, it was going out the door and only 3 people to check in guests. Same with the elevators. The bed was horrible, better off sleeping on the floor.

Pros (+) Love the proximity to Kauffman Stadium, and the water park Coco Keys.
Cons (-) Half of the games in the arcade didn't work, no ice machine on our floor, pop vending machines only take credit cards and it malfunctioned on our floor, no free breakfast in the am, staff weren't very helpful or welcoming.

Cons (-) Over $200 per room, very poor value considering a lumpy bed, a missing mini fridge and tiny bathroom. Air conditioning was marginal.

Pros (+) The hotel appearance upon arrival was nice and clean. The gentlemen there when we arrived was kind and helpful.
Cons (-) The beds were the WORST! As were the pillows. Was supposed to have a microwave but didn't. The rooms were so warm - even with the air down to 60. Indoor pool door was jammed shut so we couldn't swim. However, the man at the counter gave us tickets to the water park - which was okay but super warm and heavy - but suppose it's supposed to be?
