Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to restaurants, malls, and the airport, as well as its value for money. However, many reviews expressed strong dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, bathrooms, and facilities. Service received mixed feedback, with some staff members described as friendly and responsive, while others were considered rude or unhelpful. Overall, while the location and price are highlights, cleanliness and some aspects of service need improvement.
