Hotel/casino in downtown Joliet. Seems like a depressed area. Hotel rooms clean but needs an update. Signs all over indicating it was the 30th anniversary for riverboat gambling, and guessing this hotel has not been updated since that time. One thing that was very strange was that there were four square pillows on a king size bed versus the normal two larger pillows. Casino lacked some of the game...

Cons (-) The hotel was extremely dirty, beds were uncomfortable and it smelled. The fridge wasn't even cleaned out from the prior occupants in the room. The food at the cafe was okay. I would never stay here again.

Pros (+) The food options, starbucks, and bars are great.
Cons (-) My room smelled musty, there were various hairs in the bathroom, the adjoining room was so loud at 230am (not Harrahs fault)I called the front desk, the next room kindly quieted down but I couldn't sleep after that. If the hotel is pretty empty I would recommend spacing out the guests more . Even a loud TV is disturbing when you are trying to get sleep.
