Pros (+) Staff were obviously trained in great customer service. Great job bringing the feel of an old hotel to life.

Pros (+) I stayed here with my boyfriend who went to ETSU. It was extremely nice. Service was great. I love the vintage feel and the furniture was beautiful! Everyone was helpful from check in, bell hop, to the bar staff in the restaurant.

Pros (+) We love the look and music when we walked though the doors. It felt like we had traveled to Italy. The rooms were very spacious and nice. I wish we could have stayed a few more days. Thank you Carnegie Hotel for a great weekend.

Pros (+) Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are large and luxurious. Beds are comfortable and the bathrooms have separate shower and bathtub. Great value. Would be twice as much in a larger city, I think.
