After we told them no insurance they put it on the paper work then when we pointed it out he had to start the paperwork over again. Originally issued a car with no gas and smelled like cigarettes badly. Had to unpack our backs and go all the way back to the rental center. No apology. Just a silent reissue of keys. Nothing. They we're almost impossible to get a hold of, couldn't look up any information on their computers, told us they would email us multiple times and never did. 0/10 would never recommend to anyone.Cons:
We tried to change vehicle travel dates multiple times, it was well within our travel policy but they said we had to do it on Kayak, kayak said we had to do it with them, when we circled back to them they said they can only give us a partial refund, they they said we need to talk to their special refund customer service department. They never got back to us, we called again, they said they would be contacting us within 24 hours. They never contacted us, we called again and they said we had to wait to hear back from their special department which weeks later has still not contacted us. Honestly this company seems like way more of a scam then an actual rental company. Avoid at all costs and go to another more reputable rental company.6,0 Okay

The wait was quite long getting the car. I was told it was easy to see the gas station at the airport upon the return but I didn’t.
