Very strategic location, near public transport, especially able to reach using airport train to BNI city station. Perfect location for a short stay in Jakarta. Good location especially for those who want to go to the airport. Value for money, near to public transport.

The staff were lovely. The receptionist was very helpful, allowed for early check-in at 10am. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The staffs are extremely polite and nice. The lady at the reception when I arrived was friendly. The staff is so helpful.

The room and bathroom were very clean. The place is clean and tidy. The hotel does not provide hair dryer, luckily I checked earlier and brought mine. Good location, clean. The staff was helpful to transfer me to a new room. Cleaning needed improvement.

A little bit noisy because of the train station.
