    Friendly staff. Clean and tidy rooms. Comfortable beds. Varied breakfast. Good swimming pool.

    There was a problem in the AC and the room was hot but they managed to give us another room.

    The room was OK (but I guess for this price in Jakarta most of them are).

    Unhelpful staff (and not reliable! I asked for a taxi early in the morning to the airport and was assured the taxi will be waiting; it wasn’t - they didn’t order it), misleading information (pictures of the hotel gym on Booking show boxing equipment and there is none) and other incoveniences.
