The location was good.
Upon approaching the front door, every sense of my being said to turn around. The doors were filthy with grime and not anything a person would want to touch. Because my husband and I were taking refuge at this place and had already paid the full amount, non refundable, we went through the grimy doors and checked in where we had to pay an additional $20 deposit and $20 per day for our tiny dog. I looked around and asked where breakfast was served. I was told that it was behind me where two tables sat with dirty chairs on top of them. Ugh! The elevator and the hallway to our room had a stench. The room also had a stench. The furniture was broken and the television was set up very high. I guess this is so it won’t be stolen. We spent as much time as we could out of the hotel because it was so smelly and dirty. There were a lot of unsavory individuals roaming the premises and the smell of marijuana was pervasive. After one night and part of the next day, we were lucky enough to find another place to stay while being evacuated. Upon checking out early, we were told that the motel usually dealt with cash customers. This along with the very large bottle of vodka on the check-in counter and it’s drunken owner hanging out in the lobby only confirmed we were making the right choice. One last note. I see from other reviews that most customers shared the same horrible experience as we had. They gave it a low rating and would have given a 0 if possible. On the other hand there are people who have given 9s and 10s to this dump. I can only imagine that these people were paid to give such a rating. No need to reply to my comments as you have never taken into consideration the previous horrid comments. This motel should be shut down!
Andrea at front desk was great. We appreciated her help and understanding. She went above and beyond.
I checked specifically if they offered transportation to airport on both booking.com and the hotel website, and of course, after booking a non-refundable stay they tell me they don’t and they were 100% unwilling to fix this mistake.
Toilet clogged. Tub dirty. Room is small
Clean, well lit, nice bed and clean bedding. It is a great location. Appreciated the laundry facilities. Easy access and user friendly.
Freezer in frig.unit was not clean. Felt and had a slight odor of humidity from air conditioner.
