Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's calm location and spacious, comfortable rooms, highlighting amenities such as air conditioning, fridges, and modern bathrooms. However, many reviews expressed disappointment with the cleanliness of both the rooms and common areas, especially the pool and outdoor spaces. Service was generally described as neutral, with some positive mentions of friendly staff but also several complaints about lack of professionalism and insufficient personnel. While the hotel has potential and offers good value, maintenance and cleanliness need significant improvement.
