Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for shopping, sightseeing, and access to public transport. The staff are frequently described as friendly, helpful, and attentive, with several individual employees receiving special mention for their exceptional service. Many guests appreciate the spacious and clean rooms, which contribute to a comfortable stay. However, there are recurring complaints about the breakfast, with issues such as poor quality, late service, or lack of availability. Despite some negative feedback regarding noise, cleanliness in certain areas, and outdated furniture, the overall experience is positive, especially due to the location and service.
