Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, close to major attractions and public transport, and several reviewers mention the staff as friendly and helpful. However, many guests report serious cleanliness issues, including dirty rooms and bathrooms, mold, and poor maintenance. Breakfast is often described as basic or disappointing, and the lack of an elevator and small room sizes are frequent complaints. Overall, while the location and some aspects of service are appreciated, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, amenities, and facilities.
