Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, which is close to major attractions and public transport. Many also highlight the helpful and friendly staff, with several positive mentions of their willingness to assist and accommodate guests. However, cleanliness is a significant concern for many, with reports of dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and poorly maintained bathrooms. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, being described as basic or lacking variety, but some guests found it satisfactory. WiFi is frequently criticized for being unreliable or unavailable in rooms. Overall, while the location and service stand out positively, improvements in cleanliness and amenities are needed.
