Pros (+) Services were great, staff is very helpful, good thing for such a big city, they take care of all your requests, special thanks to Aj, that makes a good presentation on the city map. Shuttle service to the airport is quick and comfortable. Breakfast good. Rooms nice, quiet, which is a plus for Istanbul. Rooftop terrace is also good.

Pros (+) First of all, location was excellent and walking distance to all the attractions. The staff was excellent and very helpful. They provided a terrific orientation on the first day with recommendations for restaurants and shopping. They also recommended an excellent tour guide that we ended up using. We enjoyed the breakfast and afternoon tea, and the view on the 5th floor was a bonus.
Cons (-) I have nothing negative to say regarding this hotel and highly recommend the hotel.

Pros (+) There are very few times where you don't have to sacrifice price for location or quality, Hotel Amira excelled in all these aspects, not to mention their friendly staff and great breakfast. In Istanbul this is the place to stay!
