Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, with many noting its proximity to public transport, city attractions, and convenience for exploring the area. Some guests also appreciate the spacious and comfortable rooms. However, there are frequent complaints about the quality of service, with several reviews mentioning unhelpful or rude staff, especially at breakfast and reception. The breakfast itself receives significant criticism for its limited variety and poor quality. Cleanliness is another concern, with reports of cigarette smells, dirty rooms, and worn furnishings. Overall, while the location and some room features are highlights, service, breakfast, and cleanliness need improvement.
