Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access major attractions, shops, and restaurants. The staff received positive remarks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and hospitality, with several guests noting that they went out of their way to assist with luggage, provide recommendations, and organize activities. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with multiple guests reporting dirty rooms, unwashed linens, and insufficient cleaning during their stays. While some guests enjoyed the views and comfort, the negative feedback about cleanliness and some room conditions was notable.
