Food services was disinterested. Staff was looking at phone and talking to each other. Had to ask multiple times to order and then to pay. Not a four seasons experience. Unfortunately it was not just a one off. We ate four meals at the property and the service for all was poor.

The location, the rooms, the facilities, the amenities and the staff are amazing! This is my fourth time in Istanbul and i have tried different hotels but the Four seasons at the bosphorus is THE best!
Everything was amazing and especially the kindness and support of the staff

Comfortable. Beautiful view. Great restaurants. Wonderful staff. Very friendly and accommodating. Easy shuttle to Four Seasons sultanahmet, who were also very friendly and accommodating. I would like to thank Kamal, Loretta and the concierge team for all the arrangements they helped us with. Our time at Four Seasons was stress free thanks to them. Also, the valet service was fantastic. Couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing and wonderful vacation.

Love the view of the hotel overlooking the Bosphorous. The outdoor & indoor pool is just divine. Staff at the front desk, guest relations & duty manager were very responsive & friendly. On my first night there, I was kept awake by loud music coming from private event. The duty manager (Mr Gonerk & Miss Yildirim) was very patient when I expressed my unhappiness & helped reserve a much quieter room for me the following night.
There should be a master switch for the room.The remote control & iPhone dock was quite dusty & spotty. There's a number of private events that's held there, so if you are a light sleeper, do ask for rooms that's away from these events.
