Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests had mixed experiences at this hotel. The location was frequently praised for its convenience, and some guests found the staff to be friendly and helpful. However, there were significant complaints about the service, particularly at reception, as well as issues with cleanliness in some rooms. Amenities such as the pool, gym, and spa were often non-operational or in need of maintenance, and breakfast received neutral feedback. While a few guests enjoyed their stay and highlighted positive aspects, recurring problems with service, cleanliness, and amenities detracted from the overall experience.
