Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location and friendly, helpful staff, making it convenient for sightseeing and enjoyable stays. However, cleanliness is a major concern, with several guests reporting dirty rooms, unclean bathrooms, and inadequate housekeeping. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some finding it good and others unimpressed. Room sizes are often described as small, especially for groups. Overall, the hotel is best suited for travelers prioritizing location and service over luxury or spotless accommodations.
