Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, often noting its proximity to tourist attractions and city centers. Many also highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, which enhances the overall experience for several guests. However, there are recurring complaints about cleanliness, with reports of dirty rooms, stained linens, and poor housekeeping. Bed comfort is another area of concern, with multiple guests describing uncomfortable or old mattresses. Wi-Fi reliability is also frequently criticized, with several guests experiencing slow or non-functional internet. While the location and service are strong positives, improvements are needed in cleanliness, bed comfort, and Wi-Fi quality.AI-generated from customer reviews
