Friendly staff, quiet neighborhood
I liked the location, it was close to the center, yet a little further from the crowded areas. It was very close to a mosque, so I could hear the calls to prayer and for me, that was fascinating. It is one of the most beautiful things in Istanbul.
I think the rooms and the entire hotel needs a make over, but that is something that they will probably do in time. Meanwhile, it is good value for the price they offer.
The hotel is located in an excellent place. a few minutes walking distance to most of the attractions, including the Aya Sophia and the Blue Mosque. there's a rooftop terrace with a panoramic view of both the city and the sea!!! the room is a bit small yet very tastefully furnished, with new cotton linens, and there's a lovely girl, Leyli, who cleans the rooms every day. there's unlimited drinking water supply. lovely rich breakfast, with the famous Turkish CHAI and even a hot drinks machine for those who still need their cappuchino dose, free of charge, of course. and above all a very attentive and courteous owner after receiving a complaint about rudeness of the kitchen lady, he actually replaced her with Ms Zehra a lovely motherly caring one. and a special thank to the reception desk manager Mr Necati who helps out with whatever needed, and of course, last but not the least, the owner Mr Harout all is done very patiently with a smile on their faces. when dealing with people, you are borne to encounter problems, but the way you tackle them, makes the whole difference. And this place, these people surely know their job and beyond! really added an extra value to our visit to this magical city! thank you :-)
The hotel was dirty. The tv didnt work. There no blankets only sheets. The telephone in the room didnt work.
Everything was terrible
The stuff were excellent and kind. Room was very clean. Location is great I would recommend this hotel definitely.
