Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, beautiful views, and easy access to public transport. Many found the staff to be friendly, helpful, and accommodating, contributing positively to their stay. The authentic Swiss vibe and charming property were also highlighted as positives. However, several guests expressed dissatisfaction with bed comfort, citing issues such as uncomfortable or noisy beds and minimal bedding. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some noting clean rooms and others mentioning areas needing improvement. Bathrooms were frequently mentioned as needing updates or having inconvenient setups. Overall, while the location and service stood out as strengths, improvements in comfort and facilities would enhance the guest experience.
