Pros (+) Small kitchen in room.
Cons (-) In the late afternoon hours our room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. The kitchen window only had a sun shade. There was no curtain over this window and no door separating the kitchen and sleeping quarters, allowing the sunlight into the room early in the morning.
