Pros: Amazing hotel, perfect location just above the central station, wonderful service and magnificent view.
Pros: Great location, large rooms with powerful shower.
Cons: The concierge in this hotel is the worst that I have encountered. Terribly unhelpful in recommending restaurants and the assistance offered in making restaurant reservation was lackluster.
Pros: Convenience and nearby subway
Pros: Comfy bed and spacious.
Cons: Too dark.
Pros: Great view and good service!
Pros: Good location
Pros: It is a very grand establishment. With gracious staff and many levels of dining and drinking areas. Like everywhere in Japan it was sparkling clean and superbly comfortable.

Cons: Good location. Room is big. Can hire a bike free of charge. Ride a bike to go Nagoya castle, Nagoya tower is convenient and easily
Pros: The breakfast was great, lots of varieties.
Cons: Not Satisfied - No shower curtains in the bath top, when taking a shower the water splash out on the floor.
Pros: The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is super clean and very stylish. Just love my stay!
Cons: Not close enough to the subway station.
Pros: The personnel were very helpful and also went out of their way to make everything right. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the junior suites are quite large by Japanese hotel standards, and well appointed. Efficient A/C with room controls is welcomed in the Japanese humid summers, and included breakfast is varied and high quality along with the serving staff.
Cons: I ONLY have two slight negatives. One is that the location isn't ideal for those using public transport. If one is hauling a couple suitcases, it's probably too far from the main train station to walk, and riding the subway one stop goes a bit too far and requires a few blocks walk back--the closest exit from the closest subway station is the farthest from the platform and requires climbing the stairs. The second slight negative is the price, it's a little high but then if you appreciate the service, cleanliness and size of the rooms, it's not bad.

Pros: Convenient location, large rooms and access to the Executive lounge
Cons: The bell guy was adamant that taxis and trains weren’t operating. We knew that they were. It was frustrating eventually convincing him to call is a taxi so we could make the trains which were operating!
Pros: Great hotel for first stop on a lengthy Japan holiday. Staff were excellent - every request was attended to immediately. Rooms were big and wonderfully comfortable.
Cons: In line with many Japanese hotels the breakfast was expensive - the equivalent of £15-20 is far too high for a buffet breakfast. Similarly the small hotel bar was much more expensive that the Japanese average for a pint.
Pros: Good range of European and Asian style breakfast in a pleasant setting
Cons: The gym is chargeable after the hours of 9am, which you wouldn't expect in a hotel where you're paying this kind of money per night. They should be offering free access to the gym if they want to be rated alongside similar standard hotels around the world.
Pros: All facilities and staff were above and beyond our expectations, this was one of the highlight stays of our trip.
Cons: The aircon didnt work and our room was very hot with 4 guests in.
Pros: Location, clean
Cons: The GYM and swimming pool opening hours not appropriate

Pros: The area was near to most important things
Cons: Breakfast items were not for Muslim guest.
Pros: Good modern hotel nearly the train station
Pros: very close to train station
Pros: 1. close to the station 2. the facilities & amenities were complete enough 3. the japanese breakfast was delicious (i chose menu B)
Cons: 1. staff needs to improve their english skill 2. price was a bit expensive (considering they sell their breakfast to the public for only 500 yen)

Located in Nagoya (Nagoya City Centre), the b nagoya is within a 10-minute walk of Osu and Oasis 21. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a computer station, and dry cleaning/laundry services.
Pros: This is a business hotel with a nice, basic, good sized room. Very clean and professional staff. Great location for shopping and nightlife.
Cons: Slight smell to the bathroom
Cons: The bed is rock hard we didn't sleep very well.
Pros: Hotel close to the subway station with loads of eateries / cafe / shopping malls. Easy access to anywhere. An big indoor parking park just opposite to the hotel at very reasonable cost. And the airport bus station at Oasis is just few minutes walk and takes about an hour getting to the airport which is an plus.
Cons: The washroom is not as good as The B Fukuoka.
Pros: Rooms are good size, location overlooking park is great and access to shopping district very good. In room smart phone was very handy and got us to our eating destination perfectly. Room value was very good; cheapest overnight stay so far.
Cons: We parked up the road and it was the most expensive overnight stay so far - 3000Y - so would advise shopping around more for that. Also, I don't think our booking.com reservation came through in time as staff seemed to be scrambling to find details and then put our teenagers at one end of the hall and us at the other which was the opposite of requested - just a communication blip I expect.
Pros: Breakfast was ok, receptionists were very helpful. Few minutes walk from Sakae metro station. A combini is on the ground floor, practical.

Pros: Central location very helpful Clean and great facilities
Cons: The breakfast charge was very expensive
Pros: Extremely friendly, accommodating staff.
Cons: I felt the hotel took the service to a whole new level of obsequiousness. Some might like it, I guess, but to me it was a bit irritating.
Pros: The hotel had a good view of the city and was convenient for getting to and from Toyota. The room was a lot larger than we anticipate, vey comfortable and quiet and with a very large bath. Breakfast was good and the staff helpful and friendly.
Pros: The room was exceptionally clean and tidy. The English newspaper every morning was a nice touch.

Cons: Room was small
Pros: Good location, kind staff.
Pros: Location is really nice, easy access to everything that we like.
Cons: This is quite an old hotel, though everything is clean, renovation might be needed.
Pros: Clean, tidy, location, new...
Cons: I got a smoking 4th floor, it smells....
Pros: The hotel foods excellent and the staff friendly and always greeted me with a smile. If i ever make it back to Nagoya i will definately stay there again.

Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Very comfy beds. They are bigger than hotel standard beds and really comfy! Very clean and quiet room
Cons: No elevator or escalator going down. You have to carry your suitcases down 4 flights of stairs, very dangerous.
Pros: Clean and spacious room. I love that they have enough cushions and pillows on the bed and I didn't have to call to get an extra pillow. I was having trouble to get my suitcase down to the street level so I checked with the staff if it's ok to switch the direction the escalator was going (the escalator usually working from the street level to reception floor only, and there's no elevator). The staff actually helped me to carry my suitcase down. Big thanks!!
Pros: Good design of bathroom with high quality of fitting. Not easy to locate hotel by car as it is situated at 2nd floor of a commercial building. Car park is just next to hotel with limited lots. For first timer using the car lift in Japan, you need to unload your luggage before drive into the car lift. After parking your car on the platform and set park brake, you get out the lift and proceed to hotel counter.
Cons: Staff are friendly but unable to communicate well In English. Small bed room.
Pros: Although we arrive very late in the night the staff welcomed us very politely. Also the breakfast reservation was possible at midnight.
Cons: Room is fairly small was a little hard to open suitcase.
Pros: The staff there is friendly and professional. Upon departure, as there is no escalators/lifts going from 2nd floor to the ground, the staff helped to carry my suitcase down! (They can actually switch the direction the escalator is going if you have more baggage)

Pros: Everything about the stay was excellent. Can't wait to go back.
Cons: Nothing at all.
Pros: cleaness, great amenities
Cons: I would have been nice if they had vending machine to by some drinks after business hours.
Pros: The hotel location was great. It is convenient for the traveller who goes to the airport by train as the hotel located to adjoining Kanayama station. The room was spacious and good for foreigner who needs more room.
Cons: For the traveller who needs to leave for the airport in the early morning, breakfast should be served much earlier. I booked a package with breakfast, but I could not eat at all. In addition, I booked a non-smoking room, but it looked like I had a smoking room. It lacks a sense of flexbility or hospitality to meet the needs of guests case by case.
Pros: Pillows were excellent. Liked that attention to comfort.
Pros: Right next to Kanayama train station. You can go straight to and from airport. Has sky bar but closes early at 12 midnight and last order at 11.30pm. Go to the authentic unagi restaurant just a few minutes from the hotel. Perfect! Like most Japanese hotels, you really have to check in in afternoon. Like clock work. The rooms are much bigger than most I stayed in Japan. In fact slightly smaller than American sizes. Has nice big and deep bath tub.
Pros: next to train station and the warm, helpful, friendly and welcoming staff
Cons: the smoke and smell of cigarettes from smoking floors seeping through the AC system into our non smoking room on non smoking floor. We breathed poison for 3 nights and all our clothes wreaked of cigarette smell. Also, breakfast was way below par for the price that was charged.

Promising comfort, convenience and excellent connectivity, Best Western Hotel Nagoya is great choice for all visitors to this exciting global city.
Pros: We booked this hotel with almost no research due to a change in travel plans. We were completely satisfied with the stay and would recommend it. The room was very comfortable - one of the biggest we had during our 3 week trip in Japan. We didn't have much contact with any staff members but the ones we did talk with were very pleasant. The location is excellent for transportation, shopping and entertainment. The hotel is accessible by subway but we sure you know which exit to use from the Sakae station as it is huge! A taxi from the station was 1600 in a rainy rush hour and it was the best money we spent in Nagoya! We did make our way back to the station by subway once we had our bearings.
Cons: We purchased the breakfast one of the mornings we were there. The breakfast room is in the basement and is a little dark for my taste. The buffet was a mostly Japanese affair but there are some western choices (bread, eggs, little boxes of cereal) for those wanting a change from the rice/miso/fish breakfast.
Pros: Very helpful staffs. Excellent location.
Cons: Needs to improve on breakfast.
Pros: The staff at the front desk were very helpful and nice.
Pros: Great central location. Getting to and from Nagoya Station could get hard with luggages, so we caught a taxi to the hotel instead. Sakae Station is easily accessible, just a few minute walk from Beat Western. Starbucks is connected to it so it was great having quality coffee before we venture out.
Cons: Ac wasn’t working, I tried to get another room but it was hard to communicate with the night staff. There is no maintenance personnel to fix it, nor was there a manager you could talk to regarding the issue after 9pm. They did give a fan however which turned out ok since it was cold from the outside.
Pros: The room is clean, and spacious, and they have upgraded our room to large size (thanks!)
Pros: room:: clean ,, bed and pillows are comfortable. there's all equipment you will need. decor is not up to date bathroom as well
Cons: staff :: not that nice ,, i didnt get any greeting when i first arrived
Pros: Very close from the Sakae Station and I can walk to McDonald in 3 min.
With a stay at Hotel Trusty Nagoya Sakae, you'll be centrally located in Nagoya, within a 5-minute walk of Nagoya TV Tower and Oasis 21. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: The bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent, being close to the metro interchange of Sakae, and plenty of decent restaurants within spitting distance. Staff were extremely polite and professional, but this seems to be the norm for Japan!
Cons: My first night in Japan - so I wasn't sure what to expect in terms of the hotels. I'd heard that rooms in general were pretty small, and in this hotel, it was the case. However there was space for a wardrobe and drawers. This was the smallest room I stayed in during my 3 day tour of Japan. The style of decoration wasn't exactly to my taste, but this is a personal choice.
Pros: Moreover, staff can't help anything for me then, I've to open the windows instead of using air conditioner.
Cons: I can't adjust room temp. by myself because it was set by the hotel and this season they setup as heater so, it's so hot for me.
Cons: Window’view from my room. No air condition in the roomo
Pros: Meal sets were delicious. Beddings were clean and tidy. Location is very convenient.
Located in Nagoya (Nagoya City Centre), Hotel Trusty Nagoya is within a 15-minute walk of Nagoya City Science Museum and Osu. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Planning an event in Nagoya? This hotel has facilities measuring 484 square feet (45 square meters), including a meeting room. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Location was quite central. Was attracted to the price which was very reasonable. The room was comfortable for 2 based on the standard in Japan. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Pros: Staffs are polite.
Cons: 1. The hotel is so old, all facilities make me fell back to 90s, not feeling good. 2. The room's insulation is so bad. My wife and I can hear a man next room snoring all night, couldn't get good sleep for 3 nights. 3. On booking.com, the hotel stated they have parking lot, 1500yen per day, that’s one of the reasons I choose this hotel because the parking fee in central Nagoya is expensive, however, that parking lot actually is a public parking lot, and it full every night, I cannot park every night, so I have to park my car elsewhere and paid double the parking fee, the hotel staff refuse to hold a parking for their customers. I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
Cons: The parking lot is not free, and not so big. Old room.
Cons: The air-conditioning was not working and the room was too warm. I was disappointed that had we not asked to have the air-conditioning checked, we would not have been told that it was not really working. To solve the problem, the staff brought an electric fan and, when I refused the electric fan, he suggested that we opened our window to let cool air in. This really disappointed me. The manager, Sugie, offered finally to give us a bigger room, albeit also without air-conditioning. I accepted his offer only because I appreciated his effort to make things right. And I did not want to spoil our vacation by being angry. Apart from this, the staff members at the front desk were very courteous and helpful.
Pros: Simply can not fault it
Pros: Close to subway, airport limousine bus stop, local bus stops Easy check in and check out. Room size is adequate. Bathroom is a good size. Front desk staff are very helpful and always with a smile.
Cons: My room in the 4th floor has window facing the roof with some machines even if I requested a higher floor room. Aircon was off the whole time , maybe because it was autumn. But I would have wanted control of the temperature in the room. I had to open the windows at night, but the noise from outside sometimes disturbed my sleep.

Pros: Hotel lobby - very cosy, with good free coffee and fantastic design
Cons: All fine, nothing to complain
Cons: Wifi service not always available.
Pros: Great location. Just 10mins from Nagoya station with plenty of food and shopping available. The breakfast was simple but nice.
Cons: The rooms are pretty cramp. We had to struggle to find space for our big luggage. But no issues if you travel light.
Pros: reasonable cost for location. limited space in room but could manage to stay for over night.
Cons: expected more close to station. but still reasnable distance
Pros: The location is very good. Easy to access food hall, JR station.
Cons: The room we got is quite small. Even hard to lay down a carry on luggage
Pros: Location and Casual Breakfast, Perfect to start discovering Nagoya.

Pros: Right by the station so easy to get to. Massive shopping mall close by the stock up and plenty of restaurants close by. Staff very helpful and all for a smooth stay.
Pros: The bed was really big, the room in general is on a bigger side. Good bathroom.
Cons: Oldtime key, not a card that you have to leave at the reception when you go out. No clothes freshener in the room.
Pros: Staff were very gentle and the room was clean. Good Japanese /western breakfast.
Cons: It might be a little bit far from the station if you have a big suitcase but still close enough.
Pros: Excellent staff at front desk. Super close to train station.
Cons: Restaurant was expensive.
Pros: the hotel location is very well
Pros: Staff were very responsive to requests and friendly
Cons: This hotel is very dated and shabby. Had to change rooms as my room smelt of stale cigarette smoke.

Cons: The bathroom, although it was clean with no mould visible had a strong smell of mould that made it hard to breath. It takes a while to get from the hotel to the city center.
Pros: Quiet and clean
Pros: Everything is no nice, cozy and perfect in all respect.
Cons: more accessible restaurants within the HOTEL.
Pros: good meal and a service is nice
Pros: Close to a mall
