A great day or weekend away.
The facilities, the attention to detail, the food choices and freshness.
Struggling to think of anything negative other that shower maintenance which was ongoing that day. V good
car parking good
absolutely filthy, disgusting rooms. bathroom worse than anything we have ever experienced. We asked to be moved but hotel wanted extra money! 13 year old grandson was refused use of the pool as it was time for the leisure club members to arrive
Excellent and enthusiastic attentive staff Food pretty good
The bar is drab and lacks atmosphere. The room had an extra charge for the sea view but it was difficult to see the sea because of the scaffolding!!! The room rate should have been reduced to basic.
The service in general was good and the staff were extremely helpful. Swimming pool is great fun for children. I love having tea and coffee in the hotel room. Lovely sea view.
They forgot to provide us with the extra bed and our reminder did not seem to work, so as we were too tired to persit we ended up sleeping altogether in the same bed! A bit of a squeeze and the bed wobbled. The hotel rooms do not appear to have been refurbished in years. It is like going back in time. Could not open the windows.
We found our stay very relaxing and comfortable. Your staff where all very accommodating and we shall visit again soon. Thank you. L&R
Having to leave to go back to work!
