Everything was good.
Just one annoying thing. Room 103 which I occupied was right next door to a corridor door which banged very loudly everytime somebody went through it especially late at night and first thing in the morning.
We've stayed several times at this hotel and will be back! Dog friendly and exceptional service every time :-)
Greeted at reception as 'sir'. As a 64 year old female was totally offended.
Bathroom very old - baths bit dodgy
The entrance and lobby area gave a false impression of a dirty room. Although the family room was large in size it was filthy. The spa was also dirty after been told that the pool was freezing and unsuitable to swim in we did however attempt it but it was short lived. The hotel has potential to be a great place to stay but until it’s been undated in the bathrooms and furnishings, carpets etc I would stay away. Also don’t have a pint of Stella in the bar I’d opt for a bottled large instead.
