Someone managed to open the door at 4am, the secondary latch stopped them ... so the key management and security is lacking. Many people were lurking about the hotel. Outside is in need of cleaning, in and out in need of repairs. Slack checking on the housekeeping end result, towels were tossed onto a rack and one prior guest towel was missed. Unsafe to return.

This place is not what it looks like in the pictures. Our room was dirty. The floors were sticky. There was hair all over the bathroom. Furniture is old and falling apart. You can hear anyone walking or talking outside your room. There’s nothing I liked about this pla. I would not recommend to anyone.

The hotel was dirty and not kept up. We checked in around 8 in the evening. In the lobby, it looked as if there was a flood. I asked the front desk clerk about the water. She said it was from the kids running in and out from the pool. No one attempted to clean up the mess or even put a rug down so other guest didn't slip. The room spelled like marijuanna, stains and wholes in carpet, tiles missing...

Cons (-) Room was awful. Dirty, everything broken, poor quality. Beds horrible. Forget the airport shuttle they offer, waited hour.

Pros (+) Breakfast was good. Glad we got a good deal on this hotel.
Cons (-) Paint was peeling on ceiling in room and on walls in bathroom. Broken tiles and dirty grout in bathroom. Would have liked a variety of pillow sizes - ours were huge - gave me a crick in my neck.

Cons (-) The window AC could not keep up with humidity. The room smelled musty and moldy and the carpets and floors were sticky and damp. Hot water plentiful in nice shower.

Cons (-) It would have been much better had they not given our room away. Especially after I called not once but twice to confirm we would be there AND the room was paid for well in advance. And on top of that they had no other available rooms. Staff was very apathetic about the situation even though it was their mistake.
