Pros (+) The security personal are very pleasant and truly seem to care about the guests. Too bad the management doesn't have the same approach!
Cons (-) Booked 2 nights at Hong Vina Luxury due to the great reviews read. Upon arrival they took us for a walk two blocks away to a different hotel called Thai Binh hotel which they claimed will give us a "view". The room was on the 3rd floor facing buildings. Upon checking online we found out that we could have booked Thai Binh hotel directly for much less than what we paid for Hong Vina Luxury. In addi...

Pros (+) Very convenient to central city on a quieter street. Staff was perfectly accommodating on late arrival and assists with logistics.
