Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel for its convenient and accessible location, often mentioning proximity to attractions, cafes, and transportation. Many also find the value for the price to be good, with reasonable rates and decent room sizes. However, there are frequent complaints about cleanliness, with several guests reporting dirty rooms, presence of insects, and even rats. Service is also criticized, with some guests experiencing unhelpful or unfriendly staff. Overall, while the location and value are highlights, improvements in cleanliness and service are needed.
