Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel for its clean, modern rooms and beautiful views. However, many express disappointment with the lack of personal service, as the hotel operates largely on a self-service, automated system with no staff at reception. While breakfast is generally considered adequate, some find it basic or lacking in variety. The overall atmosphere is described as impersonal and anonymous, with several guests missing the warmth and hospitality typically expected in hotels. Despite these issues, the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms are frequently highlighted as positives.
