Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's spacious and clean rooms, as well as its excellent location with beautiful views, particularly of West Lake. Many appreciate the convenience to local attractions and restaurants. However, several reviews mention issues with customer service, describing staff as unfriendly or inflexible, especially regarding check-in/check-out and deposit policies. The breakfast is generally described as basic or average, and some facilities, such as the pool and bathrooms, are noted as outdated or not as advertised. Despite these drawbacks, the overall physical aspects and value for price are viewed positively by most guests.
