The staff was very great, they went over their way to make me feel comfortable. They have a great sense of hospitality which I must say is rare nowadays.
Anything I did the staff made up for it so I can’t complain :)

Everything was wonderful! The staff upgraded us, kept our suitcase while we went away on a cruise for a day (and did not actually use a room that night), they made us feel welcome and like family. Autumn and Chris, at the reception desk, were particularly lovely. A wonderful experience and I highly recommend this hotel; after much research, it was totally worth it. And, the breakfast was delicious and they made us a box when we left early to go to the airport!
It was really great, no dislikes!
