Der Preis, den ich erhalten habe, weicht von dem Preis ab, den ich gebucht habe. es war teurer. Ich habe die Erklärung nicht verstanden. Warum gibt es außerdem eine zusätzliche Gebühr für den zusätzlichen Fahrer in der Anmietung? Ich denke, es ist bedeutungslos. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung.

So I asked him to give me a receipt that I returned the vehicle and everything is ok. I don’t read Germany so you can’t expect me to understand if something is wrong from the receipt. I fully agree with Benzi - this looks like a scam, trying to charge us for something which is not related to us. Furthermore, when taking the car late at night (on the 22th) your representative didn’t bother to show us the car, he was just in hurry for his train to get home ( I would expect a better service) so we really don’t know if this damage was there before, we, however, certainly didn’t do that. I’d like you to pass our sound rejection to your manager and we like his response for that. I also intend to report on this in your Facebook page and tripAdvisor. I regret for using your services, will never do that mistake again! I also want a picture of this damage.
