Seemed like room was worn and cheap. No extra pillows or blankets and all lamps did not have bulbs in them. It seemed that the carpet had not been vacuumed and the sheets had stains on them. The sheets were not adequately rinsed after washing causing a rash on my daughters face after sleeping on them.

Not the quality of rooms, cleanliness, or customer service as expected of a Calloway Inn. The location in Baton Rouge was excellent. This one is ridiculous. Terrible, old, unclean rooms, found several hairs in the bath room. It does not look like the pictures online. I requested an additional 30 minutes to check out and the clerk came to my room asking for $20.00 in cash. Very shady service. Unprofessional and no courtesy in customer service. I would not recommend staying here to anyone.

It was a bad experience. I checked in at the hotel and received a call from the front desk asking if the room was clean. I said no. My room was dirty and could someone come and clean it and vacume the floor. She said no. I had some of my things stolen.

While I was there, I asked for a couple extra bath towels as I didn,t have enough for the next morning as I wanted to shower early and check out of the room. The lady at the front desk said no. Ihad some of my things stolen from my room while I was gone.
