Pros:

Staff was very polite and friendly.

Cons:

I waited 30 min and they couldn't decide which car to give me. I ended up with a smaller car which was fine except it was very dirty inside, the tire light came on. For $95/day you don't send out a car that looks like its 30 years old. I wasn't going to wait for another car so just took it. I heard the supervisor on the phone telling someone they were short handed but there were 4 employees inside. Not sure who was around back cleaning cars. I had a reservation so not sure what the issues were. Car should have been ready.

Do people are very nice but The van was extremely dirty. It was an older car and not everything worked in it. The sliding doors would only work once in a while.
